Sleeprider, thanks. I’ll stay the course for a few more weeks or so and see if things smooth out. Overall quite a nice improvement from a sleep quality perspective. I don’t plan on changing anything as yet, I want to see how well I adapt to the new settings before pondering making any further changes.
