Bumping my own thread because I can.

I would like to be able to go back to using the Evora (have to by a new cushion first though) because back sleeping seems to be best for me.

Below are 2 of the nights I used the Evora. Note all the snoring.

I didn't notice, but my Ophthalmologist told me that I have very dry eyes.  She told me to use Systane Ointment in both eyes at night.  Then she showed me how to massage my tear ducts.  We have, not just the two obvious tear ducts at the inner corner of each eye, but we also have loads of tiny ones all along our upper and lower eyelids.

She told me to lay my fingers across each eyelid, just above (upper eyelids) and just below (lower eyelids) the lashes, and roll my fingers up and down at least ten times.  I am more comfortable doing this with my eyes closed.

She explained that some people just have dry eyes and that most people develop them as they get older.  The smaller ducts all along the eyelids can dry up and stop producing tears altogether.  That's the reason for the massaging.

Years ago my earlier Opth. inserted tear duct plugs, but they didn't do anything and soon fell out.

I never feel any air getting at my eyes from pap use, so I guess it is working.

When I am wearing my mask (and the machine is on), I feel air against my eye lids. If I use a finger and pull the lower lid down just a tad, the air increases and I can hear it. I have also ran a finger all along the mask to feel/hear air leaks and there are none with my Nuance.

But I'd really like to wear the Evora and stop the snoring when I wear it.
