Doing a quick search on "clear airway while awake" brought me here, as I am curious on CA events being flagged while I am 100% sure I was awake. I was lying in bed reading my phone and OSCAR now indicates 6 CA events in approximately 12 minutes.
Pressure did not increase from the minimum 11.8, there were no leaks and no flow limits during these 12 minutes.

Would your question be "why didn't the AutoSet respond to centrals"? If I'm not mistaken, the AutoSet algorithm specifically has the programmed action regarding CA is to not act on CA, because it's not capable of doing it right.

Your breathing here is somewhat irregular so I'll accept that you are awake. that said the CA events are likely you holding your breath while tossing/settlring in. Dont worry about them.
