Ok i will post some charts. About this ENT, im from sweden and i have no idea what ENT is. I can call a cpap nurse and if she feels that my issues are severe enough she might refer me to the ear/nose/throat doctor. I sometimes wake up feeling starved of air even at higher pressures around 11 and with no obvious congestion of the nose. It could be that things inside my nose restrict normal airflow.

I will begin with posting some charts here soon.

Yes, ENT = Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. Seeing one for your potential nasal obstruction and possible palatal prolapse is still my recommendation.
