RE: Slept fully twice in 3 months since starting CPAP for CSA - redking2436 - 02-14-2024 Thanks for the reply, whilst having clean charts is enviable, i would happily trade it for a reduction in symptoms. Will try PS Max of 10 next , thanks for all the comments and help so far. RE: Slept fully twice in 3 months since starting CPAP for CSA - Sleeprider - 02-14-2024 After reviewing the most recent charts, I don't see a problem with the ASVauto mode, however, you seem to break therapy when the machine is producing maximum PS. I was going to suggest reducing PS max to 10.0, but since that has already happened, I'll just agree. RE: Slept fully twice in 3 months since starting CPAP for CSA - redking2436 - 02-18-2024 Unfortunately still waking up, but I blame the cold I've picked up more than anything. Dreaming way more than normal which I'm hoping is a good sign. I start each night with the mask on but it's generally wake up an hour after then 2 hours then another hour after that. By the end I'm so frustrated or tired I end up removing the mask and sleeping without it which is a bad habit i know :/. RE: Slept fully twice in 3 months since starting CPAP for CSA - Sleeprider - 02-18-2024 Based on what I'm seeing in the most recent charts, it looks like you need to increase EPAP min to 5.0. RE: Slept fully twice in 3 months since starting CPAP for CSA - redking2436 - 03-30-2024 Thanks once again for all the help so far, I've been trying different changes and bought a different mask to try and stop some of the leakage, Still waking up in the middle of the night and suffering from aerophagia. Just want to get to a point i can sleep through the night and hope the passage of time improves symptoms. Following the guide posted before i increased epap as it felt like there wasn't enough air to breathe when i wake up causing some claustrophobia and ends up with me removing the mask. |
