I suggest raising your upper-pressure limit to 18, as you are bumping up against it a lot.

I currently have the max set to 12. The highest allowed is 15 for some reason. I could just go back to that?

Yes, 15 should be okay.

Ok. I am not sure what to make of this. I did some mask swapping in the middle of the night, but last night is just odd. I don't know if all of these RERAs are real, but they are very new and seem to have caused the pressure to go wild. I also have still not managed to keep these OAs and Hs under better control. I think I'm still in need of some tips or ideas.

Does this look like I should increase my minimum pressure to 11? I am not sure what else to do to get these OAs under further control.

I agree with your assessment to raise your minimum pressure to 11. Keep the rest as currently set.

Well done young Jedi. The force is with you.

I have, generally, gotten better results, but, of late, I am noticing that a couple nights a week my AHI tends to be higher and I am not sure of the source or the solution. I just recently raised my minimum to 12 after reviewing my median, but that has introduced the few central events below. I really would appreciate help understanding what is going on from 2:30-4:15 and how to solve this issue. I feel noticeably last well rested on nights like these. I have also been waking up during this time period nearly every night. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. On night where it is not around 1, my AHI increase seems to start around 2am every night.

Anyone with thoughts or opinions?

Your events appear to be positional. Whether they're from chin tucking or sleeping position would be the best guess. Also, please reset your graph heights where they are all the same height. Having two big graphs crowds out other important data.

Ah that's why I posted two for each. I wasn't aware they could be reset or had even been zoomed in. Thank you!
