It looks like you need to increase minimum pressure to 9.0, max14.0 and EPR 3.

Some nights I feel more rested without the machine.  Currently I wake up breathing hard with mask on; sometimes sweating.
Hard to put back on right away; often forget.  Seems like I get more REM without CPAP; or at least longer dreams.
Thinking about getting a night camera.  Start of Therapy and current screenshots; don't understand why its worse.

You need to do what Sleeprider said.  He is the best at this, and if you want to improve your treatment you need to listen to him.

RainyDog, do you by any chance have a copy of your sleep study that you could post with the personal information redacted? You have a lot of central apnea going on here, and I would expect results to be a lot better with simple OSA.

I'm gonna guess they're only focusing on Obstructive Apnea, with "the CPAP will fix it" spiel. All while ignoring Centrals.

Hope you've got your detailed sleep study so we can see what you've got going on.

study attached; as mentioned in op two sessions were pasted together; think they missed some good stuff in the middle of the night.

Zero Central Apnea recorded on the test. However an item that will need addressed is 15 minutes below 88% SpO2, 6.1 minutes each at SpO2 <88% and <85%. It probably makes a case for supplemental oxygen, and maybe leverage to tell the doctor you NEED better treatment. I would at least request/demand bilevel like the ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto. Regardless, I would not accept no for the request that you need more attention, testing, change machines, some action is required. It's more complicated than "you have apnea". If this doctor isn't willing to help, find one that is. Light a fire under doctors tail or get help elsewhere.
