Sorry to not get back sooner segunb. I have an inquiry into Lowenstein about Firmware updates as I could find no link on their site. and will post what they reply. The account I made was for the PRISMA app. In the app it shows the firmware version. For my Pisma Max it states 3.15.0003. I think I saw somewhere on the machine interface, when setting it up, that it was up to date. I will also contact Air Voel in Canada and see if they have updates.

I have a Prisma 25s with an older firmware but from what I have been able to gather, it seems we (users) do not have access to the portal to update.
This is only open to the vendors.
I would wait for your updated response from them. Thanks.

Great news. Air Voel in Toronto (Etobicoke) will ship to the USA. I confirmed this with them just this morning. Best of luck, I love my Smart max so far. There is a sale sale on it right now (VIP) arranged by the folks over at Sleep HQ and I think you just have to ask for it when purchasing (select VIP when ordering)

A post at SHQ says you get FIRMWARE updates automatically from Lowenstein via WIFI (OTA). I am confirming that as I speak.

Thanks for digging in to this.
Some machines don't have WiFi / cellular capabilities, so if you're able to ask questions please could you ask how those machines can be updated with the latest firmware?
For example I have the prisma 25s. I haven't bought the add on module that allows it to connect online. Perhaps they could provide firmware updates they can be added to the machine using the SD card?

I am in the same boat as donsburg, I have a Prisma 25s with no add on Wiif/Cellular
module. Any way to update the firmware? The only visible link to get the PrismaLine Firmware has a logon to it.
I was able to get the PrismaTS software here and upgrade to the latest version for Sept 2024 and thought there might be a possibility to upgrade the firmware via that but no luck.
Also, just a thought, if we were able to connect the device via the Micro USB to a windows device that has the PrismaTs software - firmware update should also be possible via that route (just a though)
