I loved the look of that and the dr dakota one but I can't find them anywhere. My biggest problem is. That the back of the collar makes it hard to use my pillow and near impossible to sleep on my side wish I could find them looks like they would solve my problem with them I'm close to giving up on them and using a chin strap

Getting the right size is imperative I have found.  PeaceLoveAndPizza shows a great chart in order to get the right size collar.  They also come in different shapes (some shaped a little different than others).  

Phaleronic,  I have not seen the Eliminator in stock at Amazon. I have not seen it on Ebay either.  Possibly try to contact them if they have a support address (the Eliminator).
