I had nasal surgery in about 1984.  They fixed a deviated septum and collapsed turbinates, removed polyps, and created rear antral windows, all in one surgery.  I know some of the things they fixed are unusual, but that's because I have very small, child-sized sinuses that caused constant, hard-to-cure infections.  My point is that they can certainly do several things in one surgery if they are needed.
