Your flow limits are high. Flow limits ARE apnea just like O and H events but they are not at least 10 seconds or longer. I have how they are classified in my signature at the bottom of this post.

We treat flow limits with EPR. I would suggest these settings.

Min 7
EPR full time
EPR 3

High what ever. You. Don’t need to set it lower unless you have runaway high pressure.

I have a ton of flow limits if I don't have EPR on. Just because it's less than optimal doesn't mean you shouldn't use it. I've been using 3 EPR basically since I got my machine. I've dialed in my pressures and my body just sleeps way better with it on all night. Even tried the RAMP ONLY function but again the flow limits and everything else just wasn't great. Do what works for you, that's with anything in life!!

Try  Mode:    APAP
      Pressure minimum:   10.40 cmh2O
      Pressure Maximum:   14.00 CmH2o
      EPR:  on full time
      EPR:   2

Ramp provides no therapy while active. You should try to wean off of Ramp as soon as possible. If you have been on PAP therapy for a while it should be easier than you think.  If you can not go cold turkey and just turn it off, try raising the ramp pressure by 0.40 cmH2O every 3rd night until you match the Minimum Pressure.

Smart Start does not provide any therapy while it is active. If possible turn it off.

You're Leaky! Try reading the Mask Primer. Be sure to read all the was down to Jeffy1958, he really puts all of the information you learned up to that point in to a very practical hands on approach to getting a leak free mask seal. Remember tighter is not always better.

Ramp does provide therapy if it detects an apnea it will go straight to min therapy pressure , but usually you are asleep by the time your first apnea happens, or maybe just I am.
