Get a new doctor. It sounds like your numbers are great because your treatment is working.

I lost respect for all sleep doctors after two bad encounters with them myself and three with the ones my elderly mother used, they are either lazy, incompetent, or a perfect mixture of both... Ditch them.

Your regular doctor can help you with your therapy. You don't need a sleep specialist.

Thank you all for the advice. I am still using my cpap.

Breathing is better with it. Sleep, restful Sleep is better with cpap.

I'm so glad you are staying the course!  Smile  Sleeping with your pap machine is much better for your health.  Happy Eyes
