Thank you! I am feeling more rested than in the beginning but not yet very well rested so crossing my fingers that these tweaks will help.
Side note: I'm 5'3, is that wee enough to explain the low tidal volume?
(Edit: just found the formula on the Wiki, says it should be between 314 and 419)
