It's up to you as to taping or a new mask, but your leaks are low enough not to worry about.  SleepRider, who knows more than all the rest of us, said that anything not over 5 on the left panel is not a problem.  I had really high leaks, so for some of us, taping is truly necessary.  Rolleyes

It's less about the numbers and more that it looks like two of the times I woke up was directly after leaks occurred. Last night was very fragmented sleep compared to the previous night.

Still waiting to get my sleep results back. I'm putting up my previous 3 nights. It's felt very.... random in terms of if I'll get okay sleep or not. Monday felt decent, Tuesday I woke up early and couldn't fall back asleep so I was up for a while before going back to bed. Last night might be the worst night I've had, in terms of staying asleep. I woke up around 2 for some reason, tried to sleep and couldn't, so left bed for a bit. Cam back around 2:50, slept, and woke up around 4. I remember being in a dream and then feeling my air pressure increase dramatically, waking me up. It looks like there was a leak at that time, so makes sense that pressure increased and woke me up. After that I had the hardest time falling back to sleep, and had a ton of centrals trying to do so, though I'm not sure they are real as I don't know that I ever fell back asleep and was just wandering in and out.

I do see some obstructive apneas, so wondering if I should up my minimum pressure

You might need to remind the doctors office your request for the copy of YOUR sleep report wasn't asking, you were requesting this in compliance with HIPAA. This means your request was to be fulfilled in a reasonable time.

Be certain you requested the detailed report with charts. If they're local, call them to state you're coming over to get this, then show up expecting it ASAP.

It's important enough to get demanding.

Got the documents, one for the initial sleep study and another for titration. I didn't/couldn't sleep for very long during the sleep study(I was getting an average of like 2 hours of sleep a night, 4 if I was lucky) so not sure how to read it relative to the data I'm getting now with Oscar. It looks like they didn't record any central events, but I had several during the titration study. Hopefully someone else can help me parse this and see what I could adjust to my treatment.

I also wanted to post close ups of the two times I was awakened to see if that gives any insights to changes. I don't really see anything abnormal with the 2 oclock one so not sure why i woke up. Breathing looks really consistent up until i turn the machine off. The 4 oclock one I think was a combination of events. I'm seeing a rera and obstruction which is increasing pressure and then a large leak happening soon afterwards, further increasing pressure and then I wake up.

Also is there a way to change the thread title to be Exuro89's Therapy?

Past two nights. Nights are feeling pretty inconsistent, sometimes there are barely any events and others a lot of centrals. Don't know what is different night to night. I'm also waking more around 4 with little drive to fall back asleep so have to I get up and read for a little to get sleepy again. I've also been feeling more groggy/exhausted in the morning.

Nights are still inconsistent. Saturday night was decent and what I'd like to be more of the usual. Sunday I barely got any sleep last night due to wake up from transitional events. I'm thinking of decreasing the epr. Also wondering if I should try a different mask. While I generally breathe with my nose I sometimes breathe from my mouth and having to keep my mouth/soft palette closed is challenging to do still. Thoughts
