RE: Picked up a used AircurveV10 Auto for $200: - Sleeprider - 07-10-2024 Crimson Nape, why would you suggest PS at 7.0? We have nothing that suggests such high PS is needed here, and we can start with PS 4.0 and see if we need a change from there. Phaleronic, was this a smoker's machine? RE: Picked up a used AircurveV10 Auto for $200: - Crimson Nape - 07-10-2024 I didn't suggest those pressures, the OP did in post #1. Because the OP was using the S mode with an EPAP of 8 and an IPAP of 15 and wanted the same pressure in the Auto mode. I was just providing the same setting constraints for the Auto mode to allow the reporting of flow limitations. The last time I checked, 8+7=15. Is there some new math I'm unfamiliar with? - Red RE: Picked up a used AircurveV10 Auto for $200: - Phaleronic - 07-10-2024 Thanks for the feedback fellas, I found motors on the jungle website and the one I ordered will be here soon. It did not smell like smoke, just not clean (I remediate dreamstations too-and some of them have a scent that persists, such as this one, unless the motor is changed). I do not mind trying a smaller range of PS but I figured I'd try this range as I can see if there are issues after a night..I just want more bandwidth lol RE: Picked up a used AircurveV10 Auto for $200: - Phaleronic - 07-12-2024 The new motor from amazon is solid and feels/looks the same (besides the fan color), I left the sound abatement foam ring out of the motor airchamber because I don't like foam in my machines (I removed all the foam from phillips machines too). It smells like a new machine now I'll give it a shot tonight, vautomode at the settings in the other post. RE: Picked up a used AircurveV10 Auto for $200: - Phaleronic - 07-13-2024 So I lasted about 1.20 hours last night and reconnected my old machine running cpap mode as I did fall asleep but woke up feeling strange, likely because of the too large of a range of pressure as sleep rider suggested. So I have updated the pressures to this: Mode:Auto. EPAP Min to 12.6 IPAP Max to 15.6 PS to 3 Here's what Oscar reported: RE: Picked up a used AircurveV10 Auto for $200: - Deborah K. - 07-13-2024 Your charts would be easier to read and more useful if you posted only the following: Event Flags Flow Rate Pressure Leak Rate Flow limits RE: Picked up a used AircurveV10 Auto for $200: - Phaleronic - 07-13-2024 Hey Deb, those are all in there, default f12, and I like to see my snore and tidal volume graphs. |
