Results look pretty good, but still see some clusters of events. Has the oxygen levels improved?

Thank you these results have been without the use of a wedge pillow
And I would like to see if you know more about the DYI cervical pillow ( YouTube maybe?)
What I’ve been able to do is essentially sleep on my side and with the help of my O2 ring I’ve been able to keep CA #s down not out of the woods but substantial progress.
Any cervical pillows you recommend?
