I've had very good results with the ResMed AirFit F30.

To get nose unplugged, tape your mouth closed !
If this sounds counter intuitive, read about Patrick McKeown on internet. Buteyko breathing exercises.
We are meant to breathe thru our noses for so many reasons.
We start breathing thru our mouths due to stress etc.
This causes nose to plug and other issues!
I can testify to this, my nose used to be plugged so much, and now it is so much better.
And when it gets a bit plugged, I just do some of these exercises.
I swear it works, and others know this too.
Come on, try it out.!!
