If you can't tolerate it, use ramp at a start setting of 9cm for 30 min or less. I will test a higher minimum tonight and see how it goes! I honestly noticed 0 difference between 7 and 9, so hopefully a little more up won't be too noticeable! Thank you for the feedback! |
