An update - increased min EPAP to 5; PS to 2. I'm feeling much more sleepy than before this past week which is probably (1) adjusting to the new pressure (2) leaks.
On leaks, I'm using the Airfit F30i. Before landing on the Airfit F30i, I've tried everything: nasal pillows with tape / cervical collar / chinstrap / etc etc. Leaks seem to be happening because I'm extremely restless at night and end up subconsciously moving (or removing) my mask. I assume it'll take some time to get used to the higher pressures.
Also, I definitely was feeling air starved, so I'm glad I can articulate that.
