I have already moved the pressure support to 4. I think as you know it's tough when you have multiple issues causes your sleep disturbances.
I experienced a couple nights with using a heavy duty type nasal strip. I actually somewhat rested the next morning. I have only experienced that for a couple days. The nasal strip is hard to wear every night with the full face mask. I have a hard time tolerating a nasal mask during sleep. I have tried it but have to tape my mouth and still have excessive mouth leaks. I just went to the full face mask.
