If you had centrals in you sleep study about all we can to is try to cut them back but we will not probably be able to eliminate completely. All a central is you holding your breath for 10 seconds or longer. We all do that while turning over in bed or when you pick up a blanket. They are not a huge problem untiol they get numerous. Hi Stacey, As requested, turned off Ramp + EPR. Attaching the screenshots of results. It's 10am, I've been up since 7am and I feel like I need to be in bed sleeping. RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - G. Szabo - 12-10-2024 Stacey suggested EPR=1 full-time and Ramp OFF. Unfortunately, you turned both OFF. I would also increase your minimum pressure to 9.6 cm, RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - faixapreta - 12-10-2024 (12-10-2024, 10:33 AM)G. Thanks again. RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - faixapreta - 12-11-2024 (12-08-2024, 11:31 PM)staceyburke Wrote: To get any help you need to post an entire night. You have zoomed into 1 minute which we can’t tell anything. Hi Stacey, followed your advice, turned ramp off, adjusted EPR to 1. Also I increased my minimum pressure to 9.6 as G. Szabo suggested. Anything else you can see from my charts that would help understand what's going on or how to improve? Thanks again for taking the time. RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - SarcasticDave94 - 12-12-2024 You'll want EPR 1 to be full time not ramp only. There's a few mask blows on your leak chart that you'll want to watch. You can also add a redline onto that leak chart, which will be 24 L/Min. Hi Dave, Thanks for bringing that to my attention, i've gone ahead and changed EPR to FULL TIME. Also, if you can elaborate a little on the adding a redline onto the leak chart, i'm unsure what that means exactly. I appreciate any clarity you can provide. RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - SarcasticDave94 - 12-12-2024 What I suggested on the red line, is first it'll give a defining marker to the chart. How to do it, I'm looking into it. I don't have active therapy or OSCAR at this time myself. Sorry for the half explanation. RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - faixapreta - 12-12-2024 Included is last nights reading. EPR = 1 // FULL TIME Mas pressure = min 9.6cm RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - G. Szabo - 12-12-2024 EPR=1, full time, improved your flow limit. CAs increase your AHI, which will diminish with time. You would benefit from some more increase in the minimum pressure. Try 10 cm. you should reduce your leaks. RE: Been on CPAP therapy for 3 years feel worse than ever - faixapreta - 12-12-2024 Very grateful for the advice and guidance. Will increase pressure to 10 cm and report back tomorrow. Also, I'm using AirTouch N30i Cradle mask, could that affect leak rate? |
