Thank you for that suggestion Gainerfull. I didn't use the ramp when on CPAP, preferring to go "hardcore"  Smile and get used to it from the get go but this machine is a very different beast, so using a ramp is something I will experiment with, thanks. As you say, getting settled and into a nice, steady breathing rhythm seems to be key here.
