RE: Clusters of Central and Obstructive Events - SeePak - 12-27-2024 Kool. The positional needs to get under control first, thats what i am saying. Hard to tell otherwise sometimes what is going on for sure. Collar not too tight, not too loose. If you are a real big chin tucker, you could breach that possibly, trial and error. Just got to know what to look out for, which is impingement on areas of your airway. and for sure stay off your back! Now if you wanted to reduce EPR, no law against that! And i am sure you will be fine. RE: Clusters of Central and Obstructive Events - Sleeprider - 12-27-2024 Since the 95% flow limitation is 0.00, you can reduce EPR and still maintain good therapy. We use EPR to lower flow limits, and improve comfort. You can try backing it down to zero or one and see how that works out. If flow limits jump over 0.1 then probably add some back in. |
