Also, to be clear, that bad cluster was also at pressure minimum 9  It's the 2 increments before that (with cpap off after each) that were at 10.

Your two graphs are starting to look nice and smooth!

At the moment I would continue with EPR at 3 to let things settle at 9cms minimum pressure.

However you still do have some room to manoeuvre with these good FL levels. In a week or so you could try an EPR at 2 to see the impact on FLs and if centrals improve.

With changes, it is always best to make one change at a time, otherwise it could be confusing if one change interfers with the other. Keep it as simple as possible.

Yes perhaps a good idea to track seperately the right and left hand side. You know what to look for.

Regarding sleep aids, I understand completely. In my early periods it was all  pretty torrid, and out of desperation I tried various aids. Never worked very long, usual site effects. Once settings optimised, all such difficulties evaporated.

Thanks for all the help!  I'll give it a few days at the current settings and see how it looks.  I had a high level of sleep disruption last night but again only one large CA cluster plus one smaller one, both on the right side.  AHI of 5.02, CA of 3.8 and OA of 1.22. The  biggest problem period always seem to be around when I'm getting to sleep for the first time each night.
