Anticipating this BS based upon comments here and elsewhere is exactly why I bought a used low time (30 hrs) machine outright. No DME has my credit card to use or abuse and no DME tech or doc to fight with.
I am after 5 weeks self management no longer napping and generally doing much better.
As you have discovered buying your machine cash online may cost no more or less and your BP won't be spiking every time you think about this proccess.
