Both of the repair suppliers in the suppliers list offer cleaning. I think the cost is about $60 plus shipping. You can ask in detail what they do exactly.

I'm using a used cpap from a relative temporarily. If there is no contamination to the inside then why does the air smell like baby powder. I can only envision air blades coated with a layer of powder.
