You'll have to check with your DME, but I don't know of any that provide a cleaning or checkup of your machine, yearly or otherwise. I know my brother's new provider does, but they've messed up so much we may have to go back to Lincare. Oh-jeez

If you're using the ramp, it counts toward run hours but not therapy hours.

Thank you. I have learned so much from everyone! It doesn't sound like it is such a good idea to take it apart to clean it. I'll leave well enough alone.
