RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Gary1of2 - 05-20-2017 I have another question. Should i wait to get a weeks worth and post all at the same time or keep doing it every day? RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Crimson Nape - 05-20-2017 Based off your initial numbers, wait a week to see how much variance is recorded. RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Sleeprider - 05-20-2017 The chart I saw started at 00:15 and went to 0545 and had 5:36 hours on the clock. I didn't see the 11:00 (9:00 PM) start to 00:15. If you added 3-hours then you're doing great all around. RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Gary1of2 - 05-20-2017 I know i been taking naps. Could that be what you are seeing? RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Sleeprider - 05-20-2017 What you posted, 5:36:01 session time. RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Gary1of2 - 05-21-2017 Found new problem . I am sleeping with my mouth closed now after being a mouth breather. But a new problem arouse. I started getting moisture on the corners of my mouth. I thought it might have been from humidifier. So I tried different settings then finally turned it off. Found out it was me drooling. Is there any suggestions? RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Gary1of2 - 05-21-2017 http://imgur.com/a/ai6nV This is with the excessive drooling. I do wake up and wipe it out. RE: My first night with my own airsense a10 - Marillion - 05-22-2017 I think the drooling might rectify itself after a while. Give it some time. |
