He meant nights of sleep at your current settings.

I have another question. Should i wait to get a weeks worth and post all at the same time or keep doing it every day?

Based off your initial numbers, wait a week to see how much variance is recorded.

The chart I saw started at 00:15 and went to 0545 and had 5:36 hours on the clock. I didn't see the 11:00 (9:00 PM) start to 00:15. If you added 3-hours then you're doing great all around.

Found new problem . I am sleeping with my mouth closed now after being a mouth breather.  But a new problem arouse.  I started getting moisture on the corners of my mouth.  I thought it might have been from humidifier.  So I tried different settings then finally turned it off. Found out it was me drooling.  Is there any suggestions?

This is with the excessive drooling. I do wake up and wipe it out.

I think the drooling might rectify itself after a while. Give it some time.
