You are using a BiPAP Auto ASV in with EPAP 15 to 18, PS 4 to 8 and IPAP max 23. I said before, these settings are not ideal. Your therapy starts off at a pressure of 19/15. EPAP never or rarely rises in response to OA events, but PS is increasing to the maximum of 23 cm. Looking at your events your CAI and OAI are certainly acceptable, but your hypopnea is very high as are flow limitations.

I recommend the following changes:
Decrease EPAP min to 13.0 cm, no change to max EPAP at 18.
increase the minimum PS from 4 to 5 cm (we may go higher)
Increase maximum PS from 8 to 10.

These settings may allow additional OA, and if that happens we will increase EPAP min, but I'd like to see how you respond to the lower EPAP pressure. The higher minimum PS will cut back on flow limits, snores and hypopnea. We may need to increase that further, if those don't resolve. The hypopnea and flow limitation are from restriction in your airway, and the higher minimum PS should help.
