RE: Binaral soundtrack for sleep - DrAHI - 03-04-2019 I have used a "Grey Noise" generator, which is much better than the standard White Noise (it's complex sound science, but that's pretty fair to say that). There is a freemium app for Android and iOS devices, and a related website, that you can use for that, and it is probably the best one around, hands down. Calm is more for people who are mindfulness-oriented. And yes, they also have binaural sounds. As I am not sure if I can post the link here, I will PM that to you. RE: Binaral soundtrack for sleep - Hydrangea - 03-04-2019 Please do share here the name of the app! RE: Binaral soundtrack for sleep - DrAHI - 03-04-2019 Mynoise.net The creator is a sound scientist from Belgium. RE: Binaral soundtrack for sleep - SeePak - 01-17-2025 MyNoise.net I have been using this app for a year or so. Top notch excellent product. Stephane is world renowned for his work. He samples nature. Has done this for mobile and desktop apps. Free , like ApneaBoard, but user supported. I use it everyday, sleep, meditation, background, binaural , its all there! Please check it out, would love to hear your comments!? |
