RE: Why CPAP - stevenmahoney - 11-11-2018 When I started my therapy in 2009 I was pretty miserable for about a month or two before I started to see benefits. First week or two I felt like I have bubbles in my brain. Hard to explain that feeling, but it was not pleasant. Then, a month or two later I woke up one day at like 6;30 am (which was extremely unusual for me) and I felt... rested. I tried to get back to sleep, but my body was so full of energy and life that I get up. Surprisingly I did not feel sleepy during the day. Within the following months there were more and more of days like this until I started to feel rested every single day. I use my machine continuously ever since. I am going to gym, I lost over 30 lbs and started new family. CPAP machine was my life savior. |
