Well, seeing the chart has no specific thing that's screaming for attention, let's focus on "How do you feel?" How's therapy going, feeling good for using it?

A 0.45 AHI can't be improved on as a 0 AHI is not our goal. It's not realistic. Just throwing that bit of info out to you. The ASV is doing what it does, great therapy for your needs.

There is one thing though, maybe it's not required to edit, but food for thought. What is the Ramp settings? I saw the Ramp pattern on the pressure chart, so I've gotta ask about it. There's times when Ramp will over step and hinder therapy. Consider diminishing duration and maybe turn it off altogether some day. There's likely a day that Ramp will add to your discomfort as opposed to helping. Think about it.
