RE: BIPAP to AIRMINI - MMH1 - 03-06-2022 I sent an ASV update - did you see it? Thanks RE: BIPAP to AIRMINI - Sleeprider - 03-07-2022 Congrats on the ASV. We have many members using ASV and can help you with a clinical manual and information on titration if you wish. Looking forward to hearing what your initial setup will be. We normally start people at EPAP min 4.0, EPAP max 15.0, PS min 3.0, PS max 15.0. You are going to be amazed at the difference in comfort and effectiveness. Your post indicates you will be started at EPAP 10 cm PS 4/15 cm with airfit N20 mask. I have no objection to that, but it would suggest a high level of obstruction that I don't think exists. My suggestion is to get off ASV mode immediately and choose a range of EPAP in ASVauto mode of 6.0 to 10.0. It's best to let the machine do its work to identify the appropriate range than to rely on the technician's results. ASVauto mode EPAP min 6, EPAP max 12, PS min 3, PS max 15 RE: BIPAP to AIRMINI - MMH1 - 03-14-2022 Trying the ASV Auto - thanks |
