The flattened and double peaks are representative of flow limitation, and they do lead to RERA. Where flow limitation results in inadequate respiratory volume, an arousal and recovery breathing indicates a RERA. Your zoom of the flow rate shows exactly this following the flag for hypopnea. We see that following the arousal and recovery breathing, the inspiratory flow again reflects flow limitation. The response to flow limits is greater pressure support (higher IPAP). I would start with IPAP 14, EPAP 9.0 and see if that results in an improvement. We could also use a smaller increase such as IPAP 13.6.

Cool, thank you. I increased EPAP to 9.2 and brought ahi to 0.2 from 0.65. Now I will try to increase IPAP.

I assume EPAP did not do much for the RERA's correct? I do know EPAP improves oxygenation. I assume maybe with the bump in IPAP, the reras may be better.

My question is what are the parts where the flow goes up and down but are very clumped?

Turns out I also have something similar to restrictive lung disease. Without albuterol, they don’t work as well as they should.

I'm not sure I understand your questions. In the last chart posted, your respiration rate goes from about 14 BPM to about 30 BPM for no apparent reason.

Thats why I think it may be lung disease. My pulmonary function test came back with mild issues. Also could you review last nights data?

Zero events and everything looks good from 01:10 to 08:30. Settings show you're using ST mode. What is your backup rate (BPM)?
