Other than a few leaks things look good. Do you have any specific complaints?

If it was me I would bump up pressure maybe 1 cmH2O to try and smooth out the flow rate. Maybe try a range of 12-14 EPR 3 full-time. Other than that I would stay there a bit longer to see how things progress.

Hello and thank you for your message !
I guess that’s my pizza day (had my first one in 3 months and now you in my thread  Big Grin)

I tend to think that my day was better than yesterday ! I did wake up a bit tired but realized earlier that I had not felt too sleepy today !

However, when I look at data regarding sleep quality, deep sleep falls drastically

Yesterday :
REM 1h21
Deep 1h03
Normal 5h02

Today
REM 1h17
Deep 0h31
Normal 6h37

I’ll try and up it to 12 then.

Also, they will change my mask for a Resmed F20

Excellent. It takes some time to dial-in your settings. It sounds like you are getting there. It is okay to try something and change it back if you are not comfortable with the results.

BTW, in my house every day is pizza day!

I'll put the humidity at 4

A few things…

First, please do not include all the zoomed in views unless someone asks to see them. The one view of the entire night contains the information we need.

Secondly, I think a pressure range of 11-14 with EPR 3 is your current sweetspot. I suggest staying on that for a bit to see how it goes.

And finally, the events at the end of the session are sleep-wake junk and can be ignored. If you remove them your AHI was < 1.0.

RE: interpreting OSCAR data - NicoFR - 01-13-2024

Hello
No problemo and thanks !
Will try that. I’m glad I do not have to upload all the views as it takes me ages to merge all of that Big Grin
Have a wonderful weekend

RE: interpreting OSCAR data - NicoFR - 01-17-2024

hello
after a few days where I felt ok, I had to change mask as the vitera was hurting me.
I now have a Resmed F20 and a terrible headache since this morning.

Looking at the chart it seems that flow limitations are back.

Huh  what would you please recommend ?
I guess the openings on the new mask are bigger. So I probably get less pressure in the mask ?

RE: interpreting OSCAR data - NicoFR - 01-23-2024

good evening guys,

after a few nights at 12 - 14 I'm not sure I feel much better during the day.

I still don't get why.

here are my last 2 nights. If one of you sees something strange or that could explain ?
