RE: Help with self-titrating BiPAP for UARS - low % of spontaneously triggered breaths? - SarcasticDave94 - 01-29-2024 If it helps clarify things, I recall several European ResMed's with a similar model as the US version, except they'll have settings of the next higher up similar US named machine. Example European S is somewhat or partially like US ST and Eu ST somewhat like a US ST-A. It's like the European version maybe it's a half to whole step higher with a similar name to the US versions. I agree that a PS at 9 or more is going to attempt to simulate a ventilator assist action and impact spontaneous breathing negatively. We're trying to interpret the best PS for your needs, and seeing the flow curves associated with different pressure support should help. |
