Thanks everyone, that's really interesting and helpful. I am going to download the Oscar today and see what l can do. Do l need to take the card out of the machine? I'm not very tech savvy. I have a desktop computer as well as the phone. Sorry to be so dim, and being utterly sleep deprived and fatigued doesn't help either.

Be sure you have your SD card in your Cpap the whole time you are sleeping.

If you are able to post some OSCAR charts, we can all definitely give you some advice on what to do. There may be some changes that could make CPAP work for you, but if you're still having significant CA and CSR, ASV might be your best choice.
Lots of medical professionals are put off by patients knowing too much about their own therapy, which is such a shame. Sorry to hear your experience with the sleep clinic isn't the greatest.

Thank you OpalRose, yes I did fret over getting it out, locking it, getting it back in, and made sure I unlocked it before putting it back. Very nervewracking but worked it all out step by step with the help of the guy on UTube.

So you'll want to take a screenshot of the daily tab on OSCAR. If you have a windows computer you should be able to press F12 and it will take the screenshot. Then post the image to here and we can take a look.
