If I am looking at the charts correctly I agree. The flow rate seems smoother when the minimum pressure is at 11/8. Should I change the minimum pressure? If I am not looking at the right charts please feel free to correct me. Thanks again for your help. I would have never gotten this far on my own.

Lets try changing pressure range to 11-14 and see if that helps.

Notice how flow limits are very high for some periods of the night? That may be sleep stage related or positional. It might also clear up better with bilevel. Of those options, you are best situated to be sure that positional issues are resolve.

Thanks Sleeprider. I will work on positional more. I am ordered a different pillow so hoping that helps. I go to my primary Doctor this week on Thursday. Should I still request an Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV machine?

Here is last nights charts. As you can see something weird happened with the flow rate around 12:11. Other charts seem to move on and some stopped like the flow rate. Any ideas on that? I also included a zoomed in area.

Thought I would add a little bit more information about last night's charts. Nothing seemed unusual. I got up once during the night for a restroom break. I don't remember exactly what time. When I woke up this morning my mask was on like normal. I turned the CPAP machine off and felt the pressure go away like always and took the mask off. I have since unplugged and plugged back in the machine this morning for a reboot. Never had it do this so I have no idea what caused this.

I have another question. If my Doctor on Thursday agrees to give me a prescription for an ASV machine, She will probably want to know the settings. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
