I tried cervical collar and maybe it helps for clustered apneas.
Last night was a mix bag.

Do you think we have to set higher pressure as you prescribed first time, now I am accustomed with ASV.

It's up to you, depending on your evaluation. Leaks are well controlled, which is a positive. How do you think you feel in reference to your ASV?

I feel better.
I was tired 2-3 days for last 10 days which is positive. Before it was 50-70% of time

It will work, just keep making the adjustments they recommend and you will feel like a new person! Trust the process, they know how to do it!
