"Are you by any chance using software for your Hoffrichter AutoCpap? "

I can try to ask someone.

Also, do you know how to change or adjust pressure settings on your machine?

I'm so sorry that you aren't getting the help you need from your provider. It shouldn't be so hard!

As stated above, your minimum setting could be raised a bit. That may help alleviate the suffocation feeling. If your profile is accurate, your minimum pressure is set at 6cm. Are you able to raise it to 7?

Also, using the Exhale Pressure Relief setting (that's called EPR on a ResMed machine) would help you breathe out against the pressure easier.

Yes,I learned  Smile

I may not get help from my service provider, but I found really great help here.
I want to learn as much as possible because I will take care
best of my own health .

Thank God and the children of the millennium Big Grin , I managed to download the necessary data.
I will be grateful if someone reads it to me

Can you show us the Daily page? Include the left sidebar, and the following graphs. Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Leak Rate and Flow Limitation.

If you use the F12 key, that should give you a screenshot of the daily page.

Ok, great... I see you've done that.

Confused though... this looks like a ResMed BiLevel?

Hoffrichter Point3 Auto CPAP

RE: SonjaAHI41 - Therapy Thread - OpalRose - 06-22-2024

Ok, admittedly, I'm not at all familiar with the Hoffrichter Point3 Auto CPAP, but from what I can tell, your flow limitation is too high. This probably is in relation to the high leak rate.

Looking at your 95% pressure reading, you would do better with a little higher minimum pressure, maybe 13cm.

If your machine has an Exhale Pressure Relief setting, set it to 3.

Good morning,
I'm losing hope a little now.
Tonight I only had the mask on for 2 hours and without realizing it, I didn't have it on in the morning.
I posted the polysomnography results there, maybe it can help, and yesterday's results.

MY POLISOMNOGRAPHIC:

Polysomnographic treatment is used to diagnose a severe sleep breathing disorder.
AHI 41.2/h. AI 23.8/h - a total of 153 episodes of obstructive apnea, 1 mixed and 1 central. HI 17.4 /h - total 113
episode of hypopnea.
The index of obstructive snoring was 52.6 /h. The total snoring time was 3 hours and 40 minutes.
Oxygen desaturation index of hemoglobin in art. of blood was 48.7 /h. - a total of 311 episodes of desaturation - of which 171
with SPO2 < 90%. The lowest SpO2 was 70%, mean desaturation 88%, and mean saturation during sleep 93
%.
90% of breathing disorders during sleep were recorded in the position on the back, 7% on the left side, 1% on the right side, 2
% in prone position and 1% were artifacts.
Hypnogram - TIB 390 min, SPT 385 min, TST 361 min. Sleep efficiency 92%
Falling asleep (SO) 4.0 min, N1 latency (LO) 28.5 min, N2 latency (LO) 4.0 min, N3 latency (LO) 125.5 min, REM
latency (SO) 27 min.
Distribution of sleep stages - N1 31.81% TST, N2 58.37% TST, N3 0.69% TST, REM 8.99% TST.

Can you just tell me what data is most important to show you-
Time at pressure,
Exp. Time, Resp.Rate, etc?

I fell so tired, my head is foggy, I had to leave the job I loved because I was no longer able to concentrate, withstand the pressure of work and no energy .
I worked with small children for 37 years, but for a long time I had to use sick leave because I was unable to work. In addition to all this, I have been diagnosed with clinical anxiety and depression .
I really hope that CPAP therapy will help me, but so far I feel powerless, discouraged and stressful.
I followed your advice and removed the ramp, increased the mini
pressure and lowered the maximum  7-12 instead of 6-18, R.CARE if OFF, IPR-2

Thank you again for your help.
