I have finally got the collar close to where it needs to be. Can someone please tell me what the CSR is all about. The defination says that it could be congestiive heart failure. It looks like I didnt breathe for some 10 to15 minutes. Thank You

Csr is usually varied breathing, it is not usually heart related.
