Kurt, it was interesting to read your post. Be aware, though, that this particular thread petered out in 2017.

I had it five years ago. The diagnosis in my case was mostly by process of elimination, after a number of tests for cardiac and lung function came back clean. The treatment was simple and effective: ice packs and ibuprofin for a couple of weeks.
