Amazon currently has the Jackery 1000V2 on sale, for Black Friday, @ $349.00.
Should easily run most CPAP units for over a week, fully enabled, even 110V.
Capacity of 1070Wh, recharge from 0-100% in an hour. IMO, no need for solar.
