There currently isn't any software that will connect a FlashAir card and a phone for CPAP data analysis.

There is a nice detailed setup guide by the author of Flashpap under the software forum.
If you setup your flash air card in either mode you can see the data.
I don't believe there are any programs to visualize that data on phones.
I have mine set to copy to a flash card on my sleepyhead computer. When I goto appt I just grab the card out of the computer.
