You have central apnea, not obstructive. CPAP will not work, and potentially makes your condition worse. It is not your fault you cannot use CPAP, and the response you want from your doctor is to be scheduled for a titration sleep study where different CPAP pressures will be tried. CPAP will fail, so suggest to your doctor that the test should be prepared to move to ASV, and save everyone a lot of time and money.

I made an appointment with my doctor for next Wed. I also called and talked to the DME place and she suggest that i or doctor make a appointment at the sleep disorder center in Summit County. I will talk to doc and see what she says about the sleep test and having central apnea. the CA is one of the highest numbers on my sleep chart(of course i am not sure how you read it atm) not sure why she would still want me to still do CPAP. So should i not even put this mask on again? Thanks again for the replies everyone.

CPAP won't help, and as long as you stick with the story you are committed to making it work, once you have the right technology, it should be fine. ASV is the solution, and the only reason I even mentioned CPAP was that the doctor may need proof it is ineffective. If you can skip that, all the better.

Oh, so far i have only been able to fall to sleep one time with the mask on and that was for only 2 hours a few days ago. Maybe that will have enough information to show that i just quit breathing.

I have seen people that were saying they had around 25 or 30 central apneas during a sleep study and they told him that wasnt enough to be on a ASV machine. My central apneas was at 59 and mixed was at 48, sh*t i hope that is enough to get one. I just want to sleep good for one night..And I have not used the CPAP since the other day.

Had my doctor visit, I asked about the central apneas and mixed apnea showing on my test results. She said apnea is apnea and i should go down to the DME and get help in trying to make the CPAP more comfortable. The lady at the DME was more acceptable to me using a BIPAP for now. But the only thing i got out of this appointment was that the lady at the DME turned my max pressure down from 20 to 10. I am going to schedule a sleep study test at a sleep disorder hospital. Hopefully they can help get me on the right path.

You shouldn't need a new sleep study to diagnose, just be sure to get a copy of the one that you have. You will need a new sleep study to titrate an ASV.
Your key numbers are
28.9 Central Apnea
23.5 Mixed Apnea
50.4 Hypopneas
2 Obstructive Apnea
104.8 Total Apnea
These numbers scream ASV NEEDED to me
Your DME is likely to have a copy of your sleep study, Ask the Lady you were working with at the DME what doctors prescribe ASV machines. These are likely to be doctors that understand that different forms of apnea require different machines to treat.
Remember the normal path because of insurance rules is to
FAIL CPAP
FAIL BiPAP
FAIL BIPAP w timed backup
Succeed with ASV
We want to shorten the path as much as possible
As much as possible stick with ResMed machines

Thanks everyone. don't i need to be referred to a specialist by a physician? Medicare/Aetna. I just moved to colorado so I do not know much about the doctors n such. I do not live in the city I live in the mountains. Oh the lady at the DME did tell me that those ASV machines are normally for people who are almost dead(i am thinking shoot will it be that soon then).
