IMHO it is important to track your Central Apnea. It is without question the highest segment of your apnea.
5.7 is definitely higher than I like to see. An AHI of 5 means an arousal or awakening evert 12 minutes on average.
It is possible that your Central Apnea is Treatment-Emergent in which case it should, not always, minimize in 2-3 months. The MyAir app does not track Centrals. Thus the need, NEED, for OSCAR.
What are your settings? Your EPR? I'd suggest decreasing EPR by 1. I'd make a more specific suggestion if I had more data.

[attachment=20109] Here's a copy of the report. The therapist reduced the EPR on the basis of this report, I don't know by how much. Most of my settings seem to be out of my control.

ALL of the settings are within your control!!! Request a copy of your manual - this board has the resource for you, I think it's at the top of our main page. But essentially, you simultaneously hold down two buttons (I forget which two - I think the one on top, and the circle one in front) for 5 long seconds, and it'll put you into the menu where you can adjust things.
I do agree that with Centrals being the larger part of your AHI 1) they may be just due to adapting to therapy and thus they may go away and not need to be worried about, and 2) OSCAR is the only way you're going to know if your AHI continues to be more Centrals. Centrals vs Obstructions are handled differently as far as tweaking your settings. So it's not micro-managing your treatment. Rather it's getting yourself treated in a timely manner rather than waiting a month or a year for your next appointment.

Thanks, found which two buttons (both on the front of the machine) to push to get clinical settings. Also discovered they didn't include a data card so I will buy one. I agree the centrals are a concern I want to track.

I'm so proud of myself that I installed Oscar, imported my data and uploaded screenshots!! I will organize the charts once I understand better which ones are important.

I don't see any centrals. Have I missed something? How does the data look in general? Any feedback would be appreciated.

The CA's (Clear Airway) are also known as Centrals concerning OSCAR. In order to distinguish a clear airway from a central requires an EEG.

It appears no settings were ever changed. Your report shows you have used minimum pressure 7.0, maximum pressure 20.0 and EPR 3 throughout your therapy. The AirView report by the therapist shows the same thing we see in OSCAR that events are primarily central. To reduce those events we suggest reducing the amount of EPR. It can be set to settings of 1 to 3 which corresponds to 1 to 3 cm of pressure reduction during exhale. The increased ventilation resulting from use of EPR can cause or increase CA events in some sensitive individuals. Now that you can access settings, it should be easy for you to scroll down to Comfort settings and reset the EPR to 1.
CA/OA events are not determined by EEG, but by measuring respiratory effort with a chest band input in PSG. While CPAP data is not perfect, it is a reliable indicator of apnea type in general.
