Thanks once again. It's very encouraging to hear the number of people that have never missed a night due to nasal congestion, even with colds and so on. My sleep specialist has also mentioned to me that he is a bit of convert for Flonase too for allergy problems.

I've also just watched a video on mouth breathing and using mouth tape to minimise or stop it. So, I'm going to try that out. It seems from this video that there is many naturally healthy benefits for not mouth breathing, besides the obvious one for me of being able to ditch my chin strap if I can adjust to using the tape.
