RE: Please review my data and help me adjust my settings - DC2Shogun - 07-25-2023 Hi please see last nights data with EPR set to 1 and Pressure at 7. Couldn't sleep till around 5.30am due to my child waking up. I feel worse at this setting than I did at 6.6, that was the best I felt so far. I always say comfort first. However, you should work on the leaks. I always say comfort first. I'll try it again, part of me feels like it mightve been due to other factors or just a one off. RE: Please review my data and help me adjust my settings - DC2Shogun - 07-27-2023 Data from last night at 6.6 with EPR off, AHI is down but still feel terrible and tired SleepHQ link: https://sleephq.com/public/3baaf347-a294-465d-8c09-73026ef887ab RE: Please review my data and help me adjust my settings - OpalRose - 07-27-2023 The difference between using 6.6 or 7 is negligible. It's the use of EPR that helps with flow limitation, Hypopnea and Reras. RE: Please review my data and help me adjust my settings - DC2Shogun - 07-27-2023 I don't have any comfort issues with EPR off. Not sure what to try next? What do you recommend? RE: Please review my data and help me adjust my settings - OpalRose - 07-27-2023 The reason for the focus on Flow Limitations is that it can cause sleep disruptions. We like to see the 95% number below 5, preferably 3. Your FL came down by using EPR1. I'm not sure what's causing you to feel bad. Your charts look good, except for occasional leaks. If you're comfortable where your pressure is, then stay with it. Be sure your mask is comfortable, and you keep good hygiene habits. Of course, that's not easy with a one year old. RE: Please review my data and help me adjust my settings - Sleeprider - 07-27-2023 Let's go on a real flyer here...Pressure 8.0, EPR 3. This will deliver 8.0/5.0 pressure. It's a hunch that it will work for you. If not, then we return to current settings.
