This is called Positional Apnea

I personally prefer the pillow mask, but do understand that you may not be able to use it after your surgery, at least until you heal.

With a full face mask, be sure you change the setting in your pap machine to full face.

Also, with a 95% flow limitation of 0.11, you might want to try EPR at 2 instead of 1.
If you do make this change, then raise your minimum pressure slowly.  Try 11.6.  You may need to raise it to 12 eventually with EPR 2.  This would keep your EPAP at 10, which seems to keep the Obstructives at bay.

Also, the slightly higher pressure may help you tolerate the full face mask better during your recovery from surgery.

I forgot to mention that any time I attempt to use the FF mask in the morning the water chamber is bone dry. When I use the pillows it uses enough water to go from the max line to the min line, but not totally dry.  Since both the humidity and temperature are both set on auto, how do I know how much to lower the settings if I just want it to use less water, so it lasts all night?

I'm also traveling to the Caribbean next week so I have no idea how the heat and humidity will affect everything next week.  I really do not like the feel of warm air. Makes me feel claustrophobic.

Not quite two months yet. Do you ever get over the HR rush when you first put the mask on?  Prior to CPAP machine I'd be asleep in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes within a minute.  Now, my HR soars as soon as I put the mask on and it takes a while for me to finally settle down. Typically takes about 20 minutes to fall asleep.

Can you tell from the statistics if my max pressure should be lowered a bit?  Not sure if that would help with anything.

I still have  a few nights a week where my tongue will drop and I'll get some leaks above 25, but usually for less than 10 minutes.

How do I know when to adjust my max pressure?

Jaskier,
Post a couple recent screenshots of the daily page, including all the statistics in the left sidebar, minus the calendar and pie chart.

Include graphs: Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Flow Limitations and Leak rate.
