RE: lowenstein firmware - Fixercqi - 11-13-2024 In the mean time I will go after my local clinic and one where I recently lived to see if they have access to the firmware and one other source who shall remain unnamed and then I will pass it forward here. RE: lowenstein firmware - donsburg - 11-13-2024 thank you! If it's possible, please see if you can get the latest firmware for a range of their machines (Prisma 20A, Prisma Smart, Prisma 25S etc.) RE: lowenstein firmware - segunb - 11-13-2024 (11-12-2024, 06:13 PM)Fixercqi Wrote: Hello again; I have the following from a Lowenstein rep in Canada. Dear Fixercql, Thank you once again for the detailed information you were able to provide. Unfortunately, I do not have the modem which would connect online to pull the updates automatically for the Prisma 25s. I live in the middle east where I also got the machine as well a few weeks ago. I already asked the vendor but he has no clue how to get the update even though I shared the link where it could be downloaded if you have a logon. From what I see on the page, I think it requires the same "prismaLINE Typ WM 100 TD" version 5.07.0002 firmware package to be able to update the firmware for Prisma 20A, 25s, 25ST, 30ST etc models. The only options I have available is try to source for the modem via any source and hope it would automatically update the firmware as they mentioned over the air, or try yo get a copy of the firmware onto an SD card for a manual update. All of this would have been solved if only they had incorporated this firmware update to also be possible via the PrimaTS application. RE: lowenstein firmware - Fixercqi - 11-16-2024 Segunb, I will also mention the request to make the firmware available on Prizma TS. I'm guessing there must be some reason why that can't be done but could be they just assumed everyone had access by the other means they supplied. Obviously, not the case, and I'm sure you're not the only one who could benefit from this. RE: lowenstein firmware - segunb - 11-24-2024 Hello Fixercqi, Were you able to get any update about the firmware for the PrismaLine? RE: lowenstein firmware - Fixercqi - 11-25-2024 I can only suggest that you would be well served to check out the other forum I mentioned. RE: lowenstein firmware - donsburg - 11-25-2024 I appreciate the effort you've put in. Please could you be a little more specific regarding the other forum? You have to pay a monthly fee to join their forum. What do they have regarding firmware, is it worth the joining fee? Thank you RE: lowenstein firmware - Fixercqi - 11-25-2024 You can sign up for a free account. They have a free 14 day pro account if you like also. Sorry but I can't give you any more info or I will be in violation again. RE: lowenstein firmware - segunb - 11-25-2024 Hi Fixercqi, You are just the best. I was able to read between the lines and get the required info. Thanks again. RE: lowenstein firmware - SuperSleeper - 11-25-2024 If y'all have a copy of the latest firmware for Lowenstein, can you please forward it to me, so others here get it? Email is: apneaboard@gmail.com |
