In the mean time I will go after my local clinic and one where I recently lived to see if they have access to the firmware and one other source who shall remain unnamed

thank you! If it's possible, please see if you can get the latest firmware for a range of their machines (Prisma 20A, Prisma Smart, Prisma 25S etc.)

Segunb, I will also mention the request to make the firmware available on Prizma TS. I'm guessing there must be some reason why that can't be done but could be they just assumed everyone had access by the other means they supplied. Obviously, not the case, and I'm sure you're not the only one who could benefit from this.

I appreciate the effort you've put in. Please could you be a little more specific regarding the other forum? You have to pay a monthly fee to join their forum. What do they have regarding firmware, is it worth the joining fee? Thank you
